Vegan Cooking 101
First Wednesday of each Month

6:00 – 7:30 PM, all ages welcome
Next class is Wednesday, June 5th, Vegan Grilling: Grill vegan sausages and marinated veggie and tofu kebobs  served with an exotic lotus rice and finish the class with a dessert of fresh raspberry sorbet. Link to Registration

1:oo – 2:30 PM, all ages welcome.  Next class, Sunday, June  12th, The Art of Arborio Rice: Learn how to use arborio rice to make a spring risotto and vegan paella.  We’ll make a farmer’s market organic salad with our rice dishes and include a dessert recipe for homemade lemon bars.  Link to Registration

Mother’s Day Fresh Fruit Buffet with Canning & Preserving:  Celebrate Mother Earth on mom’s day with an abundant menu of beautiful fresh seasonal fruits and recipes for a variety of fruit salads.  We’ll also learn home canning and preserving techniques with a demonstration on using fresh fruit to make homemade jams and preserves.
