Learn the keys to success in vegan pastry and baking to create incredibly great plant-based baked goods. Make cookies, brownies, and cupcakes from scratch then participate in setting up a dessert buffet and vegan ice cream sundae station to welcome your family and friends the last 30 minutes of class for dessert sampling and a vegan fashion show!

How to Participate in the Fashion Show:

Make sure you are familiar with the guidelines for vegan fashion.  You can google the term “vegan fashion” and find many resources and links. Fashion show entries can be as simple as a t-shirt or something personal that expresses your creativity and what vegan fashion means to you. Just write a short one-paragraph description about your outfit describing the materials, where it comes from, and any other interesting facts you’d like to share and bring it to class.  This is what will be read to the audience when it’s your turn to take a walk down the fashion runway.  There will be awards for different fashion categories and drawing prizes too.  If you have any questions send them to
